We aim to provide all the details you need to plan your special day smoothly.

How soon can I book a Party?

To ensure availability for your desired date and theme for your event, we strongly encourage booking your party rentals as early as possible.

We recommend at least two weeks in advance but the earlier the better, as our popular dates and themes book up fast! While we always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, please note that for any party booked less than one week (within 7 days) of the event date, the full balance is due upon booking to secure your reservation.

How much is the deposit?

$100 security (non-refundable and transferable) due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the event date.

When is the final payment due?

Your final payment is due in full one week (7 days) prior to your scheduled event date to confirm your party rental booking. Failure to submit the final payment by this deadline will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit and the potential cancellation of your event.

What are your delivery areas?

Serving customers across the Greater Houston area. This includes regular deliveries to Houston, Sugar Land, Richmond, Rosenberg, Fulshear, Cypress, Cinco Ranch, and Sealy.

If you require delivery beyond these areas, please email us, as we may be able to make special arrangements.

Delivery fee applies.

What can I expect from joyii Party?

Our service includes but not limited to full delivery, assembly, styling of your selected theme and same day pack up.

Got some other items to be picked-up from third-party?

We got you covered. For additional delivery fee, we pick up your other party items from third-party suppliers (ie. Birthday Cake or foods etc.)

We also make event planning with you.

How long is the rental period?

Approximately half day, check package details for more information. Duration may change based on your event.

For Slumber Parties or Cinema Packs, we will pack-up next day.

Who is Responsible for Set-ups?

joyii Party staff will deliver and install the equipment.

However, it is still the responsibility of the adults at the event to ensure the participants are following safety rules.

Parents must supervise their children at all times.

How long do you need to set up?

Approximately 1 to 3 hours for our team to complete the setup.

The exact time needed depends on several factors, including the total number of units, the specific theme’s complexity, and the ease of access at your party location (such as navigating stairs or distance from unloading).

What can I do to prepare for setup?

To help ensure a smooth setup, we kindly ask that you prepare the designated area before our arrival.

Please make sure it’s clean, free of pets and as open as possible by moving furniture aside.

What if I have pets?

We absolutely love pets, we kindly request that they be kept off from to prevent accidental damage to the units or to your pets. For safety and efficiency, please also ensure pets are secured away from the setup area during both delivery/setup and pickup/takedown.

Do I need power supply? (or water for slides)

Yes. Extension cords are used almost all of our rentals. We will use our own extensions cords.

For water slides, you must need working water output in your yard or selected location.

What happens if I have to reschedule or cancel my party?

We understand there may be something that comes up that may require you to cancel or reschedule your party/event.

As we customize each party we require you give at least 7 days notice so that we can reschedule your event for a different date within 3 months of your original party date.

Any cancellations with less than 7 days of your event will result inline with Cancellation policy within Terms & Conditions.

What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of my party?

We do not setup (for outdoor) if there is a 15% chance of rain or higher or in strong winds. Our utmost concern will always be the safety of our clients and protecting our equipment. If there is inclement weather the day of your event you have the option of choosing a suitable indoor location or you can reschedule for a future party date to take place within 3 months of your canceled party date.

How much space will I need for a Setup?

All space requirements are written within rental unit(s) description.

Please bear in mind that there needs to be at least 4ft/1m gap with next unit.

We will not set-up near pools or uneven ground. We reserve the right to refuse set-up in areas that we deem unsafe.

Are there any rules while playing in the units?

General Rules for All Equipment/Unit(s) are as follow.

No Food or Drink in Unit(s)

No shoes

No throwing items

No toys, jewelry, glasses, sharp or foreign objects of any kind

Adult supervision is required at ALL times

Soft Play Rules

Adult supervision is required at all times.
Ages 1 – 4 ONLY.
No shoes or heels.
No confetti, confetti poppers, confetti cannons or confetti balloons.
No face paint or acrylic paint.
No glitter or silly string.
No tape, vinyl stickers or sticky anything.
No food, candy, snacks, treats or gum.
No drinks.
No dirty or stained hands.
No jewelry or sharp objects.
No overcrowding or rough play.
No outside toys or objects.
No wet attire or water activities near the equipment.
No pets or animals in the play area.
ALL balls must be in the ball pool at pickup.
Do not remove equipment from the play area.

Bounce House Rules

Adult supervision is required at all times.
No tape, vinyl stickers or sticky anything.
No food, candy, snacks, treats or gum.
No shoes or heels.
No confetti, confetti poppers, confetti cannons or confetti balloons.
No face paint.
No glitter or silly string.
Turn blower OFF if high winds or rain.
Do not move equipment.
No drinks.
No dirty or stained hands.
No jewelry or sharp objects.
No overcrowding or rough play.
No somersaults or climbing the walls.

Bumper Car Rules

Adult supervision is required at all times.
Maximum weight is 60lbs/25kg.
No sitting or standing on the bumper car arena.
Do not remove bumper cars from the arena.
Do not tamper with joy stick, vinyl stickers on the cars.
Do not apply balloons or stickers to the bumper arena.
No confetti poppers, confetti cannons or confetti balloons.
No tape, vinyl stickers or sticky anything.
No shoes or heels.
No drinks, food or snacks.
No dirty or stained hands.
No dirt or water in the arena.
No overcrowding or horseplay.
No glitter or silly string.
No face paint or acrylic paint.

Bubble House Rules

Kids under 3 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do not enter without assistance from attendant.
No shoes or heels.
No confetti, confetti poppers, confetti cannons or confetti balloons.
No face paint or acrylic paint.
No glitter or silly string.
No tape, vinyl stickers or sticky anything.
No food, candy, snacks, treats or gum.
No drinks.
